REFUNDS IN RELATION TO COVID-19

Where you have a ticket for a ConTech.Live in-person event which has to be cancelled due to legislation, government guidance or any other public health measure introduced to restrict the spread of COVID-19 your ticket will be transferred to a virtual delegate ticket and any difference in costs refunded.  

Should you be unable to attend in-person due to unforeseen changes in your travel arrangements due to COVID-19 your ticket will be transferred to a virtual delegate ticket and any difference in costs refunded.  

Where you are unable to attend an in-person event for which you have a ticket due to complying with government guidance to self-isolate during the date of that event, for example, because you have tested positive for COVID-19, or because you have been notified via the NHS Test and Trace App that you may have come into contact with someone who has contracted COVID-19, you shall be entitled to transfer your ticket to a virtual ticket (with the difference in cost refunded) or transfer the ticket to a colleague.

 

 Should the ticket holder have COVID-19 and be unable to attend virtually they can apply for a full refund for the ticket. The ticket holder must contact us prior to the start of the relevant event and we may request that the ticket holder provides evidence to show, to our reasonable satisfaction, that they were unable to attend for these reasons before we will agree to change the ticket and/or process a refund. 

Where you are unable to attend an event in any other circumstance to those set out above, ConTech.Live’s usual refund policy will apply.
